Caution	The below price does not include design, Production and proof. The actual quantity may be 4% less than you ordered. If you need the exact quantity, please order as a bigger quantity level. This is a kind of plate share printing service; we have to balance the color of all the clients on one big plate. There will be 10% color error between every round of printing. If you expect perfect quality, it should be printed as a independant printing job, the cost will be higher.
Important notice for the designer	please add 2mm bleed area on each edge. Please layout the text 3mm far away from the edge.
Deadline for receiving files	17:00 Any file received or approved after 17:00 will be seemed the next working day.
Turnaround time	2~3 working days after PICJOY gets the approved file.
Free delivery service	1. Any order >199 CNY. 2. Deliver by Express service in about 1 working day. 3. Deliver in Shanghai, Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province. 4. Not include any fragile products, for example, any glass, mugs, or foam board bigger than A4 size.
Paid delivery service	1. PICJOY will charge the Express fee depends on the weight. Minimum cost 15 CNY. 2. For rush jobs, PICJOY will charge the instant delivery service, in Shanghai area it takes 1-2 hours to deliver. Minimum cost 25 CNY.
